Your may
place your order using Visa, MasterCard, Discover
or American Express. You will receive an e-mail
order confirmation. Your account will not be
charged until the order ships and you will receive
another e-mail letting you know it is on its
way.
We want you
to be happy with your purchase. You can request
a refund or an exchange within the first 30
days from the invoice date.
Please examine
the contents of your order upon arrival and
let us know right away if you need to return
something for any reason. You have 30 days from
the invoice date to call (602) 957-4139 to get
a RA# (Return Authorization Number) to put on
the outside of the box. After 30 days, no returns
are possible. Returned items must be in resalable,
non-laundered, original condition. Return shipping
charges are your responsibility. Do not ship
anything COD.
If we
made a mistake with your order, it will be our
pleasure to refund the shipping charges or pay
for the shipping to replace the item. Your satisfaction
is our goal.
